Judge’s research clarifies the role of personality in job performance, job attitudes, and career success. His scholarship in the field of leadership has been heavily cited. Judge is a prolific author, with more than 150 journal articles, five textbooks, and more than 77,000 citations. He serves as executive director of the Fisher Leadership Initiative at Ohio State. Judge’s honors include being an Academy of Management Fellow, the Doctoral Mentoring Award from the University of Florida, the Distinguished Professional Practice Award from the Institute of Industrial and Labor Relations at the University of Illinois, and the Ernest J. McCormick Award for Distinguished Early Career Contributions from the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He is the inaugural holder of the Trisha and L.C. “Chaz” Neely Hagler College Chair for Mays Business School and will collaborate with faculty and students there.
